- Reducing the number of customer complaints.
- In time completion of the projects to avoid any commercial implications.
- Training and educating the customer for trouble free operation of the machine to decrease the down time of the machine.
- Proper feed back to AEE,AEM and HTC regarding the modification and the problems faced at site to improve the system of working and to reduce the repeated problems at site.
- Maintaining the history files and commissioning reports for each turbines.
- Motivating the engineers at site and continuously upgrading the skills of our service engineers to face any challenges at sites.
- Introduce the standard formats, documents ,quality plans, checklist and work instructions.
